The 760-year-old fishing village Mönkebude is located on the Szczecin Lagoon, nestled in the Ueckermünde Heath. Mönkebude is a state-approved resort and has been called the Haffbad since 1930. The house is located in a holiday village on the Szczecin Lagoon, about 500 m to the beach.
