Très belle vue mais route passante

Appartement fonctionnel, très bien équipée, avec du matériel moderne et des couteaux qui coupent (très rare en location...) Deux chambres en mezzanine. La chambre parentale est un peu étouffante et humide (pas très bien aérée). Communication avec l'agence correcte, sans plus. Vue sur la montagne et le Mont Dore, sans vis-à-vis, magnifique. Par contre l'appartement se situe au 2e étage juste au-dessus de la départementale et les odeurs de gasoil remontent dans l'appartement, c'est dommage. Je recommande tout de même cet appartement qui a un excellent rapport qualité/prix !
