Pay Attention !

Charged my card $714 for no reason after I had a prepaid reservation for $1134. Pay attention to your card. Had to call to get that reversed. If you don’t pay attention they will get you! Room smelled moldy, and bathroom is extremely small. TV is extremely small as well. You honestly just paying for a nice room. Not worth it. Only cool thing was free parking.

Rude disorganized staff. Check in process was absolutely hideous. They put us in three different rooms and couldn’t manage to figure out which room is the proper one. They told us the air conditioning and one is broken. They did not offer any discounts. The bartending staff at the outside fire pit facility is absolutely rude and unfriendly.

This is probable the worst resort ever ! I booked online a room for 2 adults and 2 kids and they give me a room with 1 bed and 1 couch and they dont even provide you with blankets and on top of that they charge you 20% more of what you paid online. I get it its the hamptons but you do not get what you pay for and if you want to use the cabbanas at the beach they want $800 for it and you order drinks at the beach they charge you but you never get the drinks and on top of EVERYTHING the place is under construction there is huge noise dust the whole area smells like paint but what you gonna do. This was my second time here and my last. For the money that you gonna spend here for 2 days you can go to a 5 star resort anywhere in the world and get the best service for at least 10 days. So youre just paying for the name and get nothing in return. If you want to have the worst time of your life you should stay at this resort
