Need more cleaning staff to main the the rooms and ensure check in time is ontime, I’m not sure if it’s because of the impact of the storm Mellissa that had impacted Jamaica , they are still working to get back on business. Because our phone and tv wasn’t working and little to no effort was made to approach the issue. Limited options at the bar, cocktail wasn’t cocktailing
