The staff were the absolute best part of this trip! Travis with guest experience was the absolute best, but I have to say they were all great and amazing. I would come back for that reason. I wish there were more restaurants and bars open but I know it will get better in the future as I just went when they just opened. I would definitely go back. Only half of the resort was open, and the Wi-Fi and TV didn’t work throughout our stay. The rooms weren’t cleaned well; there were stains on the pillowcases, and the pull-out couch still had a used alcohol bottle inside. One of the drawers even had hair inside. At one point, a housekeeper came into our room while we were on the balcony to ask if it needed cleaning. The restaurants weren’t the best either; the food was good, but it always ran out.
