Avoid this resort! Rooms are nothing like the photos, very worn, not clean and literally falling apart. Only bright side is the Hotel manager is very nice and the butlers are very considerate. Cleaning staff and cleaning supervisor need to be held accountable for their lack of efficiency. They are not cleaning the rooms and then when you complain they act like they can’t see the condition of the room. The laundry staff charged us $208 dollars for laundry that they did not wash. When we got our clothes back it was in the same condition as we gave it to them. I would recommend to stay somewhere else and come to visit this property. Save your self the headache and stress. I came here for my birthday and had a horrible team from the moment I checked into my room.

A Truly Unforgettable Stay! From start to finish, our stay was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The resort is perfectly located, with stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The Jamaican food was out of this world — every bite was full of flavor and authenticity. I want to give huge shoutout to Bellboy Stephen, who went above and beyond to make sure we were always having a great time. His positive energy and dance moves were the highlight of the night. Bartender Keino at the Altitude Rooftop Bar, kept the good vibes flowing with perfectly mixed drinks and a welcoming attitude. We also had the pleasure of chatting with lifeguard Audley (Tony), whose stories about Jamaican culture and his younger days gave us a deeper appreciation for the island. But most of all, I want to recognize Radalfi and Demar, part of the hotel management team, for truly going the extra mile. They consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect and that we were having the best time of our lives. Their attentiveness, warmth, and genuine care made us feel like family, not just guests. In fact, because of the incredible staff, we ended up extending our stay by an extra day — we simply didn’t want to leave! We left with full hearts, big smiles, and unforgettable memories. Highly recommend this resort — we’ll definitely be back!

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Several situations made us feel unwelcome staff did not serve us properly and their attitude toward us was unfriendly. Unfortunately, we also felt there were elements of discrimination involved. As visitors from Poland, we did not feel respected or treated equally. I cannot recommend this place based on our experience

This was my first time visiting Breathless, and it was simply amazing! The staff was very accommodating, very professional, the selection of food was pretty good, although we never did find oxtails. The hotel itself was beautiful outside and inside, however the room did have a few quirks. For example, the fridge was not working when we first got there, but they did send someone up to switch it out. Also, they cleaned daily, which was cool and the amenities such as the pool, the gym, the beach and coffee bar were top tier! Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to check out the rooftop restaurant because it was always booked, but the restaurant on the main level always had a variety buffet with fresh vegetables and fruits and native cuisine. We loved, our stay in Jamaica at breathless and we will definitely be back. Maybe next time we’ll try Secrets☺️
