Altogether, the Resort was excellent. Some Restaurants opened randomly, and on the weekend, the capacity was insufficient. They offered a great variety of activities. But some of them were poorly prepared. They were even running out of supplies, such as not enough molds for candle making and not enough T-shirts for Tie-Dye classes.

Our stay at Oyster Bay was absolutely incredible from start to finish ! There is not one thing we would change. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Shout out to my butlers ( Alex, Dontae & Zweli ), the bartender that came to the room for private drinks (Zoya she was a delight) overall i had an amazing stay. Spa was top tier, that was an amazing experience (hydro therapy and massage 10/10 Room was clean, food was good, no complaints. Will come back!

Beautiful property! Looks just like the videos and pictures. Clean and vibrant. But, get the “Excellence” rooms. You get access to other restaurants and places on the resort. You won’t always get in to the restaurants of regular rooms. Staff are polite but not as attentive. I expected island time but it just got too long to wait for anything. I got what I paid for - beautiful room with a pool, a great view of the beach and massage. Vinnette, shout out to you. You’ve got magic hands! Don’t expect anything else unless you want to pay more for this “all-inclusive”.

We believe the resort needs to provide better training for its employees so they can show a respectful and positive attitude toward guests. As customers, we expect to enjoy a place where we can relax, eat, drink, listen to good music, and receive good service. Unfortunately, none of that happened during our stay. The resort was quite pleasant. Very clean and beautiful. Staff were attentive. Lobby area was very chill with book decor. Large bar area right at the lobby. If you don’t want to be disappointed just eat at “The kitchen” for breakfast and “Caribbean grove” for lunch or dinner. Entertainment at night was ehh!! Apart from that nice pools, lots of spots and shades. I will return again and will recommend
