For an All-Inclusive Resort, it is very RESTRICTIVE. We should have access to all restaurants and food all the time. Why make reservations to have dinner? If you are going to charge extra for food, don’t serve it there. This is not an All-Inclusive style. Staff were either Rude or Polite. No middle ground. Customer service training needs to be taken seriously. Property is okay overall. Room was somewhat clean but, comfortable.

We had a great 5 days at this resort! Every member of the staff is there too meet you with a friendly smile or even just to point you in the right direction if you seem lost. The restaurants were fantastic, and again the staff at all restaurants and bars were amazing The pool and beach was great as well.I can't stress enough how fantastic the staff was at this all-inclusive.

Needs work and training: 1. Check in very disorganized, rooms given away. Although every person (20-24) , in our group traveling from Britain, USA and Canada;completed pre-registration and uploaded their passport information online as instructed by the resort; not one of us had a room available. Each person was required to fill out A REGISTRATION FORM AND PASSPORT. After traveling so far many of us due to flight delays and weather were up 28-36 hours. Everyone wanted a shower and food only to be delayed further by your disorganized staff no rooms had been reserved! We had wait for rooms to be readied. Meanwhile we were each sent on wild goose chase to find food at an open restaurant only to be told at each restaurant reservations were required even though we win groups of 2 or 4 at different restaurants. 2. Day 2 everyone had breakfast buffet and went to sign up restaurants only to be told there wasn’t any restaurants available, each individual had to reserve the day of one person couldn’t organize for the group. Thank goodness an Expedia rep on site booked reservations for my group of four for the rest of the week while other group members had to scramble for reservations at restaurants or arrive at restaurants at 5:30 hoping to get seated otherwise buffet over and over. Restaurants that were booked we observed were never filled to capacity and closed by 9:30!. paying so just to eat buffet. I love coming to this hotel. This is my second time here with my best friend (her 3rd time). It seems that they have changed a lot as far as the entertainment compared to before. Hopefully they get a little better with that. One suggestion i have is to play music at the pool and I understand that there are kids but maybe even 2 hours out of the day to make it more fun for the adults as well. The staff that we came across were all VERY nice. Some names that I took down that I interacted with were: Richard Omari Andre Shanta Francine (travel club) Tisheeka Shanice O’Neil Chanves Carlan Rickia Rickia Billy Neil Richard was our go to person for the trip. He checked on us everyday to make sure we had what we needed, any suggestions, as well as where to find/do certain things. He was awesome! I would bring your own alcohol if you like to pregame. I had no issues with food, everything I wanted and was familiar with I liked. If you’re looking for a combination of fun and relaxation I would suggest. I wouldn’t suggest if you’re looking for mostly adult like activities (like partying, etc.)

Overall our experience at Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton was great! Food at the Buffets and drinks by the beach/pool were just okay. Not too many options food wise and barely anyone serving drinks at the beach, which was a little disappointing. The A La Carte restaurants were so much better and their service was excellent (Japanese & seafood restaurants). Also, the guest relation services need to improve. We tried to rent a cabana by the beach multiple times and we couldn’t do it due to their spreadsheet malfunctioning. However, nobody followed up with us when it got fixed and instead they tried to charge us $150 during the time of check out when we couldn’t enjoy it. Lastly, if you are a beach lover, this is the place for you! Even though, there were some seaweed under the water in some parts, most of the time, the beach was so calm, clear and clean. Loved it and recommend the Caribbean ocean 100%!!
