The housekeeping staff were amazing especially Miss Paulette. I was not in need of anything. The beach was kept clean and lovely two thumbs up to Oneal. The front desk were amazing. Thank you Brianna and Denny at fresh was great. Wonderful staff that's why we come back each year.

The property has changed from my previous visits. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the spa was excellent. Had to adjust to everything having a set time since the property has changed from Hilton to Hyatt. Overall still a nice property and would visit again

This resort needs signs posted. The rooms should have welcome packet with a map of the resort, times of all of the dining options and information about the hotel like check out times, pool party times etc. The spa is way to expensive to have towels for face covers.
