Great resort

The service is amazing here. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Our room had a few maintenance issues and they were corrected in a timely manner. Our ac unit struggled the entire time tho. The resort, as a whole, is a bit outdated. The food was just ok but the staff doesn’t shy away from making sure you have plenty of drinks to make you comfortable. The beach is amazing and the swim up pool area is even better.

Really didn't get to enjoy the property very overrated had issue with room slip fell. Food Had to pay attention to time from food is out I'm up early I would expect that a resort food to always be out. Ran out of product .

I can’t say enough great things about my stay! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely incredible — hands down the best resort food I’ve ever had. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast, dinner, or late-night bites, I was consistently impressed. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. They were not only friendly and professional, but also went above and beyond to help with even the most unexpected requests. At one point, I needed a bowl of rice to dry out my phone after a mishap, and without hesitation, they brought one to me — no questions asked. It’s those thoughtful gestures that set this place apart. If you’re looking for a relaxing, indulgent, and genuinely welcoming escape, this is it. I’m already planning my return. Best all-inclusive experience ever!

Some of the best restaurants we’ve experienced in an all inclusive. My only wish was that the beach was more accessible. Did not like the little lagoon areas as much as a beach
