I recently stayed at the Hyatt Ziva and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Many of the staff members came across as rude or indifferent, which made the stay uncomfortable/ low key PTSD at times. I constantly found myself unsure whether I’d receive good service or not, which really took away from what should have been a relaxing vacation. The resort itself is smaller than expected, with limited entertainment options compared to other all-inclusive resorts I’ve visited. For the price, I didn’t feel like I got good value — the overall experience simply didn’t match the cost. The food was also just average, lacking the variety and quality I’ve experienced at other resorts in the same category. Overall, I left feeling underwhelmed and disappointed. I expected a higher standard of service, hospitality, and amenities from a Hyatt property.

The staff and food was definitely 10/10, I will say that I was disappointed in the room, the bed was soo hard I had to see a chiropractor when I returned home. They said they would "look into it" but never did anything. The rooms, hallyways needed some serious upgrading..grout in the tub, and corners of the bathroom, patio door didn't open..However our butler Dexter was awesome making sure we got to our excursions, met us at dinner to make sure we had all request met..the pools, drinks were top notch...

I recently stayed at this resort with my partner. It was our first time in Jamaica and he had heard really good things about it. Since the minute we got to the resort we are shocked by the lack of costumer service people working at this resort had. Every single worker expect for one lady at the front desk were beyond rude. No one greets you, everyone seems annoyed to be there and they make sure to let you know that. We had a situation where one of the taxi drivers from the hotel got our number Becuase he was going to send us activities we could do for me and my partner. We told them we were there for our anniversary and he got my number down, he then proceeds to texts me if I wanted to go out which I told him no that we were just interested on excursion. He then sends a picture of a night club ladies free. I didn’t reply, he then starts calling my phone at 12am not one but twice and texts me “u going out?”. I talked to a manager about this situation next morning because we felt extremely uncomfortable and since he said he works for the resort we felt like we were going to see him again and we just weren’t comfortable with that hapeoend. They made me speak with a loss prevention manager who was so rude, while I was explaining the situation he was just scrolling on his phone. They made me write what happened and told me they needed to “investigate” never once asked to see my phone for proof or anything.
