So second time to this property. Overall is very nice Several food choices Staff was lacking in pool bar restaurant (occasionally not even acknowledging our presence) Waves restaurant was slow at one visit with waiter never bringing ordered drinks and water refills. Room view oceanfront and accommodations were very nice

Stayed here for 3 nights on a 3 week tour of Jamaica. It’s a well kept, safe resort with excellent amenities. The staff are the best thing about this hotel, so kind friendly and welcoming. The food is good, the buffet for me has the nicest authentic food and the jerk hut. Breakfast options were lovely, as was the cafe. Booking dinner tables isn’t easy, they should have more options open. Charging for room service is unfair as if you can’t get a dinner table you don’t have much choice! The beach has a lot of seaweed, definitely not the nicest beach was saw in Jamaica but it’s shallow and warm.

A few of our items “mysteriously” disappeared. We found our house keeper with one of our toothpicks in her mouth while cleaning our villa, speaks volumes. We are now left with an investigation to follow up on and an unforgettable experience for all the wrong reasons. Will not be returning.

We went as a party of 5, 3 kids ages 19, 13, 8. We all had an amazing time. The staff were so friendly and amazing. The food was AMAZING!! There was something for eveyone. The water sailing that was Free was a ride we will never forget. Definitely will be coming back here!

We had an amazing time, great activities and our butler Ronald and Romario were wonderful! Please request as your butler!! Love the water sports right on the property and also the Chucka excursion was the best. We were able to do compele the following activites in our 5 day stay. ATV, Zipline, Horseback riding, Party boat, Hobie and Kayak.. Book this place!!

I would like to begin with the excellent service from the staff on all levels. It began upon arrival at the entrance until throughout the entire resort! Food options were great thru the entire stay and was excellent! Very clean resort and the grounds were kept very nice. The living conditions were great and the bed was very comfortable. Food options 👎 Transportation 👎 The fact that I had to wait on bath linens until after 10 p.m. was absolutely ridiculous and the fact that I called 4 times starting at 7 p.m. and no one seemed to give a F, didn't sit well, especially when I kept letting them know that I had an event to go to, so my guests was unable to attend the event with me for that reason. At the morning of check-out, complained about it and the nonchalant attitude was amazingly disrespectful. Especially having to drag luggage to the 1st building to check-out, because no golf cart was available to transport us.👎
