There were panhandlers outside the resort entrance, which made coming and going a little uncomfortable. It didn’t feel unsafe, but it definitely took away from the overall resort experience. I wish the property managed that area a bit better for guests.

I loved my stay at the S Hotel. Everything was beyond clean. Food was amazing.Very satisfied even after such a tragic incident just happening. Extra perks like full service while even on the beach they set you up a spot with chairs , unberellas, and drinks brought to you ON THE BEACH . That was awesome. Only reason for not giving it 5 stars was because we had 2 extremely rude female staff. I get it times was not the best for staff knowing that some still didn’t have power or fully functioning homes to get back to, but it was as simple as saying excuse me to gain their attention and the response was to turn around and frown their face up. Not all staff was that way thank god everyone else was beyond great and helpful from the bar,cafe,front desk, to security! Thank you S Hotel we enjoyed our stay and will be returning!

It was an amazing experience despite so little time after the hurricane. The staff was amazing 10 stars for them they made the hotel magical, their hospitality and sincere friendliness was the best. Food was amazing beach was amazing everything was amazing!!! Highly recommended!!!

From the moment I arrived, I was completely captivated by the stunning oceanfront view. The sight of endless blue waters stretching toward the horizon was both calming and awe-inspiring. Beautiful hotel with stunning room amenities. We were upgraded to a cabana suite and it was wonderful. Having stayed at many all-inclusive resorts over the years, the S Hotel Montego Bay had a very different feel. We would categorize it as an urban retreat as it is much smaller in scale that most all-inclusives. The hotel is smartly decorated with modern design and art choices. Our disappointment was directly related to its size- no dedicated nightly entertainment space- with bad weather bands were moved into the lobby with no space to really dance. No real activities or water sports other than aqua aerobics. We did eat at the two ala-carte restaurants and were satisfied. The lunch and breakfast buffet were lackluster at best, but the grill by the pool sufficed for lunch. All in all pleasant stay at a beautiful property.
