    This is a fully renovated studio within centrally located gated community. Minutes away from Sangster International Airport, public transport, downtown, beaches and nightlife. Apartment comes fully furnished with a smartTV, WI-FI, orthopaedic mattress, induction cooktop, full size fridge and spacious balcony with a nice city and harbour view. Condo is located on a steep hill.

    The space
    This studio has brand new queen size bed and orthopedic mattress + couch that can be used as a comfortable queen size bed.

    Other things to note
    The whole neighbourhood is central and can be a bit noisy especially on the weekend.
    Short disruptions of water and electricity are possible. We have our own water tank and a lamp that work on accumulator for those cases.
    Condo is also dated only inside is renovated. it is also located on a steep hill. You would need to use the stairs to get to Harmony beach through the market.
    During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Fort Montego. Features include laundry facilities. The condo offers a washing machine.
