Clean, well appointed room, comfortable mattress and pillows, solid WiFi, and large TVs. Vanity space was lacking. Restaurant prices were high but service and food were good. Biggest complaint was the near-$200 in resort fees and parking. This has always been a reputable property in Monterey, but getting pricey.

We had dinner at their restaurant and it was amazing! The food the service and hospitality was above and beyond. Hyatt is usually a hotel of choice and as always they do deliver. The s’mores activity was so much fun!

the buildings are very musty. our first room was definitely cigarette smokey...fortunately they moved us. on friday night staffing was significantly low to accomodate effective service in bar. two nights there were loud parties in our building till midnight

Hallways smelled. Prepaid for Breakfast, we weren't informed it cut off early. Got there just before cutoff, staff Ignored us, then told us it was closed. Informed them of our disappointment at checkout, asked for 34.00 refund, staffer declined saying "you were told (about the cuttoff time) and did not listen." They kept the money, I will never return to this or any other Hyatt.
