The Lone Oak Lodge staff were very understanding and waived my parking fees … but they shouldn’t have had to waive the fees if they’d been mentioned/included by the reservation website not affiliated with Lone Oak Lodge. The staff were very patient helpful and understanding

Was a perfect space for 3 adults and a1yr old. The small kitchen was very useful especially when trying to save $ from dining out. Separate bedroom was great. I wasn't able to show up the first night but i asked for an extra day and the room was available. I took off one star because the safety latch for the front door was missing so my grandson was able to open the front door just by turning the handle. Maintenance fixed it quickly upon us returning from an afternoon at the aquarium. Overall a great stay.

We had a lovely weekend here! The room itself was clean and quiet and the staff were very accommodating! We stayed in the family suite which included a fully stocked kitchen with dishes and utensils, which was ideal for our large group.

Nice place to stay in Monterey! Quiet and safe. Park right in front of the room. Very convenient. The room is nicely renovated and the bed is comfortable. Only problem was the vanity light on mirror and the lamp on nightstand kept blinking after turning on for a little while. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Where was the hot tub??! Nowhere to be found. The bed is that harder memory foam material, it was okay but not great. Bathrooms are super nice and redone well, but no tub so the pictures listed are very deceiving. Tv is SUPER outdated. Good location in town.
