Clean room, helpful staff, great laundry set up. Close to beach, Denny’s, Walmart, and convenience store. First level rooms are great for the elderly, which they accommodated for our family reunion. Our stay was very comfortable, safe and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was generally nice, but there were a few issues that affected our stay. The microwave didn’t work properly, the bathroom door had a large hole, and the ironing board was bent and unstable. We stayed for four days and expected daily room service, but it was only provided on two days—one of which required multiple requests. We were told that daily service isn’t usually offered and that the second cleaning was done as a courtesy. When I asked where this policy was mentioned, the staff said it was simply per the manager’s direction. On the plus side, they did remove the trash and left fresh towels on the bed they did not provide the room service.

The walls were paper thin. The bathroom tile was old and gross. The sink was clogged. The beds weren’t level. Room itself was clean and tidy. We walked past a lady who told us there were hairs (private) in her bed. So she was switching rooms because of it. Outside of hotel was nice and staff was pleasant.

From the outside, this was a very nice hotel. Inside it was pretty standard for motel 6. Fine enough but not including any bells or whistles. But I would like to note the bathroom/shower was pretty gross. Not in a dirty don’t touch it way but in a long term neglect way. And the faucet for the tub was evidently placed on a pipe that was about an inch too long because there was a substantial gap between the base of the faucet and the wall.
