The room was in good condition but the water in the shower did not get hot. When my husband told the person at the front desk about this, the person said to call the manager. That is not a guest's job! Amenities were minimal with no coffee pot/coffee or tea offered in room. Had to go to the front office for a small continental breakfast to go. It was not the most quiet of nights as the hotel is located right next to the freeway. There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and a gas station right next door. It was appreciated that housekeeping made up the bed, emptied the trash and replaced the towels everyday. The bed was comfortable and the heater worked great.

Hello, We did not have hot water and had to take cold showers. We went to the front desk and were told it was a known problem due to the boiler, and were instructed to let the water run for 20-25 minutes.Doing so made no difference. Additionally, the TV remote didn’t work, so we couldn’t watch TV, our key card had to be replaced twice, and the room overall felt very run down, smelly, and not well maintained. Because of these issues, I’m requesting a refund for our stay. Please let me know how you’d like to proceed. Thank you,

The manager is bumbling. The TV wouldn’t work. I called the desk and he kept hanging up on me so I went down to the lobby where he said he couldn’t hear me on the phone. He told me to push a button under the TV which I did and got it to work counter to his instructions. I walked the entire perimeter of the second floor looking for an ice machine. And there is no coffee maker in the room.
