Verde Mare Apartment- top floor with a fabulous 35 sqm2 terrace with a view. Two spacious bedrooms, ideal for 4 people (2 couples or 1 family). The flat has recently been partially renovated so the furnishings are practically new and modern. It has two bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with a single bed which can be turned into a double bed if desired. There is air conditioning in all the rooms and in the lounge, to maintain an ideal temperature even on the hottest days. 
It is ideal for 4 people, occasionally on request we also accept 6 people as we have a sofa bed for two in the living room.

The HABITABLE TERRACE is the real added value to this cosy flat. Plenty of extra space you can spend a nice evening dining on the terrace (max. 6 people), or during the day sunbathe or simply relax while enjoying the view or reading a good book.....

The cleaning fee includes 60 euros for linen.. City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 3 nights

Oasis by the beach

We enjoyed our stay In Monterosso- this location was great for us to be in a quieter area but still only a block from the beach and close to great restaurants, groceries, and shopping. The apartment is in the older side and we had a few malfunctioning items to work around but the team was helpful and responsive. Our two teens did not enjoy having twin beds connected as a pop up trundle bed but we made it work. Our bed was pretty old also. I think having a place by the beach comes at a premium so it felt like the size and location was premium but maybe not all of the inner workings. We loved having a dining/living room, a laundry option, a terrific outdoor patio. The size and location of this property made up for some of the age issues and 4 story walk up. We truly enjoyed our stay.
