Totalmente equipado y amueblado para una cómoda estancia. Wifi, Smart TV, climatizado, 1 cajón de estacionamiento privado. Ideal para ejecutivos, familias y turistas. Seguridad 24/7, 4 elevadores, estacionamiento privado y un OXXO. Cuenta con amenidades: gimnasio, alberca, salas lounge, asadores y terraza (Disponibles solo para reservaciones mayores a 30 días). Plaza comercial con restaurantes y bares. Excelente ubicación.

No se aceptan huéspedes menores a 25 años, excepto en reservaciones familiares (se requiere envío de ID).

Cocina equipada con refrigerador, horno, estufa eléctrica , campana, microondas. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar: sartenes, ollas y juego de utensilios, así como cafetera y licuadora.

Smart TV y caja de Roku (Netflix, Youtube, tele de paga).
Barra de cocina, con capacidad para 2 personas y mesa para 2 personas respectivamente.

El departamento cuenta con 1 habitación y 1 baño completo y medio baño.

Planta Alta:
Habitación con cama Matrimonial, espacio de trabajo, walk-in closet, plancha, burro, baño completo, secadora de cabello.

Lavandería con lavadora y secadora, jarciería y productos de limpieza.

Todos los cuartos y la sala están equipados con clima central.

Se debe ingresar por la calle que tiene un letrero que dice `Micrópolis residencial`, ubicada a un costado del estacionamiento subterráneo de la plaza, para llegar a la caseta del estacionamiento residencial.

Se tiene acceso a 1 cajón de estacionamiento privado, en recepción deberán solicitar la tarjeta de acceso al estacionamiento residencial.

Se tiene acceso a PB (recepción), piso 2 (acceso directo a estacionamiento) y piso 17 de la torre de departamentos (donde está ubicado el departamento), en la recepción deberán solicitar las tarjetas de acceso al elevador.

AMENIDADES DISPONIBLES SOLO PARA ESTANCIAS MAYORES A 30 DÍAS, SIN EXCEPCIÓN (Alberca, gimnasio, terraza, asadores, salas lounge).

Estaremos en constante comunicación contigo a través de:
-Chat: (9 am - 11 pm): Atendemos casi instantáneamente cualquier duda que tengas.
-Llamada: Solo en caso de emergencia o que no haya una pronta respuesta por el chat.

El edificio se encuentra en la zona sur de Monterrey rodeado de plazas comerciales, restaurantes y más.

Puede trasladarse cómodamente en auto, transporte publico, transporte de aplicación o caminando a las plazas de alrededor.

Excelente opción para transporte de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto, así como para transporte durante su estancia. Sujeto a disponibilidad y el costo depende de la distancia.

Por protocolo de seguridad y acceso del edificio, es necesario presentar identificación oficial de cada huésped, que coincida con los datos proporcionados por el chat de airbnb al llegar al edificio.

We thank you for trusting us to host you. It is very important that you support us by complying with the following rules to maintain a good living environment.

ACCESS AND DEPARTURE RULES:
1. Register the names of all guests who will enter the accommodation in the reservation and notify the host.
2. The majority of guests must be over 25 years old.
3. Send a photo of the official ID of the reservation holder.
4. Return the keys and/or access cards as instructed by the host.
5. Respect the Check-in and Check-out times.
6. Notify if the reservation holder will not be staying and the reason.

PROPERTY RULES:
1. Loud noise is prohibited after 10 PM. There will be a fine and possible power cut at the first warning.
2. Pets are prohibited. If it`s a service animal, it must be approved by the host.
3. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
4. Parties and wandering outside the property with open alcohol are prohibited.
5. A maximum of 4 guests is allowed on the property (If you have visitors, they must be approved by the host).
6. Avoid staining sheets, towels, and/or fabrics.
7. Turn off the AC when leaving the apartment.
8. Return the apartment in the same condition it was received.

BUILDING RULES:
1. Maintain good relations with neighbors and guards.
2. Care for the furniture and structure of the amenities and common areas. The guest will be financially responsible for any damage caused.
3. Parking is only allowed in the space assigned by the host.
4. Amenities are available only for guests registered in the app.

FINES:
- In case of excessive noise and/or disturbing the good coexistence in the building, a charge of $1,500 MXN will be made, and the reservation may be canceled without refund.
- Sofa, rug, and/or mattress stains: $2,500 MXN, previously quoted by the ChemDry cleaning company. If the stain is not removed, the full cost of the item will be charged.
- Stained and/or broken linens: $500 MXN per set of sheets, $200 MXN per towel, and $1,000 MXN per comforter.
- Damages and/or losses of furniture and inventory: Cost of the item (If not notified to the host, an additional charge of $1,000 for investigation will apply).
- Damage to the property: Cost of materials + labor cost + $1,500 MXN for repair time.
- Lost keys: $150
- Lost access card: $500 MXN.
