The worst and most inconvenient experience ever. Prior to my securing the booking I communicated with the property manager to ensure it accommodated my technological needs for work which I reiterated the importance of this because I handle crisis calls that are physiological and mental health related. The property manager ensured me that this property met my needs so I secured the stay. However after booking, he informed me that it didnât and my stay will be at a different property which he informed me was equipped for my work requirements. The internet service was not accessible/on upon arrival but did troubleshoot and it eventually connected. The following day in the middle of my call with a patient which required securing an appropriate and time sensitive disposition, the internet went out once again. I outreached the property manager and was advised me to contact the internet provider who gave instructions for me to give the property manager which I relayed to him but his expectation and instructions was for me to execute these instructions and follow through on this issue at his property. This was very stressful and unreasonable. I was unable to fulfill my employment responsibilities because I was unable to perform my work duties and provide care to my patients. I had to secure accommodations elsewhere to fulfill my work commitments. I was thoroughly dissatisfied and had an extended disruption in productivity and safety.They refused to refund me for this booking.
