Great water park for kids. Rooms were remodeled surface-level but felt a bit grubby (rust, water stains, stained grout). We would come back, yes, but the images online made the rooms look totally refreshed when they were only partially lipsticked.

The noise was horrid. Constant stomping, dragging, dropping of items and running from above. CONSTANT (4 plus hours and as esrly as 6 am). Broke chair, phone, and below cleaning standards for a hotel.

The hot tub was not warm at all. And I did not like the fact that my son couldn't be in there since he was under the age of 16, even if I was sitting in there with him, the water part does need some areas touched up that are breaking also, we as well as several other children I saw had Some rug type burn looking things on their body from the sides of the lazy river being rough

Cleanliness was an issue, called the front desk and staff remedied it promptly. There were other small things like the trash can in the bathroom had stains on it. Couldn’t bring pool towels to room so hallways were wet. Shower water temp was inconsistent. Husband said beds are more comfortable than average. Overall we might stay again if there’s a deal but it didn’t give that luxurious hotel feel.

The water park was great and that was is. The ice melt wasnt pet friendly for my service dog. My mattress was completely sliced open on the side. For how much paid for a suit the matress being destroyed and painful is completely ridiculous. Can tell since the sheet didnt even cover it that it was seen by multiple hotel staff long before my stay in that room. The couch was filthy with stains. If it wasnt for the water park I wouldve left entirely.

We were there over Christmas. I think a couple of things are confusing if you haven't stayed here before. The waterpark is ONLY open Friday-Sunday. The breakfast is free when the waterpark is closed, but there is a cost when it is open. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, but the bar/restaurant was closed while we were there. We had to change rooms because rambunctious children in the room above us sounded like they were jumping around. The floors are not carpeted, so it was loud. We got an upgrade to the top floor and we very much enjoyed our stay. We would come back again!

On Saturday, it was very busy. there were no luggage carts when we arrived and only one elevator was functioning, making each trip up the elevator take about 10 minutes. The pool area was very busy, there was no where to put our things, there were no clean towels, there were not enough tubes. On Sunday morning everything was great.

The staff was very friendly when we checked in and when we checked out. The rooms were clean. The beds were uncomfortable. The morning staff told us we could have breakfast to go. Otherwise, overall everything was good.
