The Flower of Montieri

The tower house is on three levels for a total of 90sqm: it consists of entrance hall with built-in kitchen and fireplace, a living room with sofa bed and, on the third floor there is a loft-style double bedroom with two more single beds, which overlooks the the living room. The bathroom with shower is new, although inserted in the original stone and the rest of the house has been tastefully restored to perfection. The house is equipped with a district heating system for domestic hot water and heating.

The tower house "Capanna Sinibaldi" has an independent entrance and has, just a few meters away, a 60sqm garden and a small wooded area in the shade of chestnut trees. The house is situated in the hamlet of Montieri, on the metallifee hills of the Maremma, whose origins date back to the Etruscan period.

Its position allows to reach in a few minutes the Abbey of San Galgano, the Sword in the Rock of Montesiepi, Massa Marittima and the famous wineries such as the Rocca di Frassinello and the Rocca di Montemassi. 50 minutes from Siena, an hour from Florence and an hour and a half from Pisa airport. in 45 minutes you can reach the Golf Club Toscana.
