I go to this specific place 2 to 3 times a year. Reception and quick check-in, meticulous work team and very helpful. Room very clean and very comfortable. Safe and peaceful area. What could be better ?

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Days Inn by Wyndham Montreal East was so poor that I feel obligated to warn others. This hotel was a complete letdown from start to finish, and it certainly did not live up to the Wyndham name. First off, the condition of the room was gross and unhygienic. The carpets were visibly stained, the furniture was outdated and worn, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks. There was hair in the tub, grime in the corners, and a musty smell that never went away. Even the bed linens felt questionable. What’s worse is how misleading the photos and descriptions online were. The website made it seem like a decent, modern hotel, but the reality was very different. The lobby looked okay, but it stopped there – the rooms are in desperate need of renovation and deep cleaning. The service didn’t help either. Staff were indifferent at best and didn’t seem interested in addressing any concerns. When we brought up the state of our room, we were met with a shrug. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, or remotely pleasant stay, look elsewhere. This hotel is not worth the price, and I would strongly recommend avoiding it until serious improvements are made. Black mold was also scattered around the bathroom. Also walls never looked cleaned once!

Only if you have to

Terrible mattress all sinked-in. Couldn’t turn in the bed without the bed frame creaking loud enough to wake the neighbors. Mornings or nights shower was just lukewarm at the hottest. Service at the restaurant was ok but they charge you for coffee refill which is non-sense. Clearly staff at the restaurant weren’t traines properly.
