We had a great time at the hotel, the staff is super friendly, the breakfast was not that varied and after a few days it gets bored, there was some construction outside the building that started pretty esrly, all in all my family and I enjoyed our stay

We were upgraded for free from a queen to a king which we were obviously v grateful for. When we got to the room, it was v basic, kitchen area, separate bedroom and sofa turns into a bed. Come bedtime, we call reception for someone to come and turn the sofa bed into a bed for the kids and we are told to do it ourselves. After four times of asking someone reluctantly came up to make it. Make the lights go out, the truth comes out. I always have a habit of scanning the room for mosquitoes and other bugs in the room to keep the kids safe. The pics will reveal what I found. Cobwebs all round the room in the corners which you can only see with a flashlight. Not a great experience overall and definitely disappointing since it’s a Hilton property. Didn’t even stay for breakfast, left at 7am.

We enjoyed the continental breakfast as well as the happy hour drinks. The lobby and restaurant area look nice, however , our room was lack luster. It’s outdated and getting ran down. The room was clean but the furniture is heavily scuffed and broke down.

Disappointing.

Although there was a a kitchen (no stove), there were no utensils, plates or bowls. There were only sliding doors for closets and bathroom and the closet door kept sliding closed. The furniture is mismatched and the carpeting in the hall is filthy. Would not stay here again.

Overall hotel was a great stay with free excellent breakfast and two free drinks at happy hour. The hotel was very close to the old city and subway. Rooms a bit tired but was clean and very well serviced. Would recommend.
