Location is very good, very close to China town, Old Port. Breakfast was full and generous. The room need to be painted, it looks too old. I think it is a condo building transformed in a hotel, 1 bedroom unit with kitchen, balcony.

I liked the hotel felt comfortable but not get free upgrade when told I be given upgrade. I rather be charged extra upfront which is okay as I wanted to upgrade my room but to be told at front desk that got free upgrade was covered. Upon check out, I was told that nothing offered is free? I was disappointed on the false advertising but am very pleased with housekeeping & breakfast services were hearty.

Good location

Good location near Chinatown. The room was spacious and very clean. Staff were friendly. There was a full kitchen but no utensils or crockery at all. It was a bit surprising to have lots of empty cupboards and drawers. Staff did bring us some disposable cups, plates and cutlery when we asked.

The hotel was nice overall. Breakfast was ok but hash browns were really dry. Driving is difficult with general congestion and construction in the area, not something the hotel can control. The hotel 15 min check in parking could have better signage. The only downside was the elevators took a long time during peek times especially at breakfast.
