We stayed at Hotel Nelligan for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. Perfectly situated in old Montreal, a stone’s throw away from the old Port and Notre Damme. Many artisan shops, cafes and restaurants. Service within the hotel both at the front desk and at the bar in the Mama C restaurant were friendly and efficient. The room itself was beautiful and spacious. Bathroom products were very welcome, especially during and after that amazing shower! We loved Hotel Nelligan and highly recommend it!

The room was clean and dark, with brick walls that created a unique atmosphere. However, the window overlooked the lobby and restaurant, which made it a bit noisy while sleeping. The toilet paper hanger in the bathroom was broken, and I told the receptionist about it when checking out. Otherwise, the whole experience was incredible, being in the middle of all the actions from shopping, music in the streets, restaurants, and just relaxed walking.

The property is very nice and I really enjoy the atrium. The room was spacious and the staff were very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Old Montreal, Hotel Nelligan is in a perfect location.

We have been staying here for 30 years. They are renovating now so only half the rooms are open. We were out for dinner and brought two couples back to the hotel for a nightcap at 1055! They close at 11 they said and would not serve us. It was super embarrassing having to show them back out.
