The staff were polite and knowledgeable. This place has parking for a fee but also there a garage across the street you can park at. The room was cleaned everyday and amenities were stocked each time. Complimentary breakfast is very generous and there are plenty of options for whatever you may like. Staff speaks English as well as French so you will not be at a disadvantage if you don’t speak French.

Very nice and friendly staff at the reception. We were surprised our apartment was so specious, we had balcony as well. Fully equipped; big fridge, coffee maker etc. It would be lovely to have washing machine and dryer in there as plenty of space. Great location, clean.

Wonderful stay

This hotel has a wonderful continental breakfast that is wonderful. Multiple kinds of bread and brakfast breads, coffee, teas, hot choc, yogurt, fruit, platters of ham and cheese. They have laundry facilities, pool and small outdoor deck. Our room was clean, had a kitchen FULLY STOCKED ..and a balcony. No dishwasher but come on...the location is so wonderful you wont want to spend a lot of time making complex meals. I will definitely return!

This is our third time staying at L’Appartement Hotel and it won’t be our last. While the rooms themselves are somewhat dated and are showing their age (old pull out couch and loud air conditioner), the property has so many other positive features that it is our go to place in Montreal. The free breakfast is excellent, with good seating and many food options. The view from the pool and roof top patio can’t be beat and the pool is large enough to accommodate multiple families. The location is close to public transportation and walkable to downtown attractions, the Cartier des Spectacles, Mount Royal and the Old Port. The parking is mildly terrifying but it is underground and secure, and there are a few outdoor spots for the less adventurous. Staff are excellent as well!

This is my favorite hotel in Montreal. Been coming for over 20 years. Location is great all apartments have fully equipped kitchens and grocery 3 blocks away. They’ve even got an herb garden on the rooftop deck so you can pick fresh herbs for food you prepare. Of course there is no shortage of restaurants should you want to eat out!

Very clean, spacious, and comfortable suites. Location was perfect—less than 10 min walk to all the action of Montreal Jazz Festival and Metro, and walkable to Old Town and Mount Royale. The receptionists were very kind and were able to accommodate our large pickup truck behind the hotel. We enjoyed having a balcony and a kitchen. The breakfast was very basic, but we had plans to eat out anyways. Wonderful stay for the price—I definitely plan to return!
