The location was prime for walking to many places, we were able to keep the car with valet & take it out anytime, the studio included a full kitchen, the bathroom was elegant & spacious, and the staff were all very pleasant & helpful. We were notified in advance that there was some construction ongoing nearby but we did not notice a disturbance.

Room was spotless. Staff is excellent. We got an amazing price maybe its off season. Kitchen family suite has everything and more you need. Breakfast is not your average cheap style....variety of options including deli meats. Honestly my family of 5 loved it. It felt like home!!

Overall excellent - staff and amenities were fantastic and the location could not be beat - near great shopping and restaurants and easy 4 min walk to two Metro stops. The room furnishings and carpeting were a bit tired but okay. We had a family suite that was fantastic for our family of four and small dog and would highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely choose this hotel again the next time we are in Montreal.

The location is amazing and the room is a bit dated but very comfortable and well appointed. I didn't like the hotel restaurant so much but overall a great place to stay in downtown Montreal

Tout a été parfait. L’accueil, le service, le confort. À l’exception des enfants de moins de 18 ans qui ont envahi le gym. Ce gym est supposé d’etre pour 18 ans et plus mais ils étaient nombreux a envahir les appareils, voir meme les abimer. Il n’y avait pas de surveillance parentale en plus. Donc ma recommandation lorsqu’il y a des groupes de compétitions, d’aviser les parents lors de l’accueil et de renforcer la surveillance au gym… c’était très désagréable…mais le reste tout etait parfait comme d’habitude!
