Three stars for the location. The room was extremely basic and at times the kitchen exhaust from adjoining restaurant was overwhelming with window vent open (closing it you have no climate control operation). (Heat/AC). We found the staff to be very friendly although could not provide much helpful information as to restaurant suggestions or directions to attractions. This is a very basic no frills type hotel without even vending for afterhours snack or soft drink. We consider this marginally average.

Very nice stay in Montreal. Our room was spacious and great view of the city. The proximity to the metro made transportation around the city simple. Short walk to the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts.

Great location, lovely, flexible, and effective staff. Fair price. Only complaint was that the bathroom door offered zero privacy. It was a barn door (sliding), with no sound protection at all. The room was perfect for a solo traveller but very awkward for two friends travelling together. Would stay again on my own.

The hôtel was comfortable and the room spacious and clean. I did not have breakfast. Night staff was particularly incompétent and unhelpful when having to deal with a fire alarm that had all hotel guests up for hours in the middle of the night. Day staff was freindly and efficient.

We stayed for two nights to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. While the location was convenient to some areas, it was a far walk to others. Our room was right outside the elevators which were very loud going up and down all hours of the night. I also paid separately for brunch the next morning and none of the hot food was out on time so all we had was a hard boiled egg and a yogurt.
