It was ok. The staff pretty much ignored you when you entered or left. I didn’t like the notice in the breakfast room saying * It is forbidden to take food from here back to your room* ! Excuse me? I am paying for a stay & if I want to eat the food in my room dont treat me like a 2 year old!!

We arrived 2pm which was slightly earlier than the check in time ( 4pm). We were told that our room is available however it's extra 40$. We were very disappointed because every decent hotel and many fancy places don't charge if the room is available. It was pricey to begin with and wasn't fair to pay that much. We needed more towels and soap in the evening, they didn't have anyone to bring it to the room but we had to go downstairs for that. The breakfast was just fine, no warm meal.

The room was ok but had a very small refrigerator with no freezer section to keep ice packs for cooler. Only 1 night table for 2 people in a king size bed. Some face towels had dirt stains on them. Continental breakfast was poor with just cold boiled eggs, very slow toaster giving uneven toasting, watered down coffee, no sausages or bacon or hot scrambled eggs like the Quality inn. Whirlpool bath water temperature was just slightly warm and not hot like the quality inn. Pool water was cold. No shower gel to help wash off the chlorine from the body at the pool like other establishments. Only positive about the pool was the safety measures put in place to keep children safe. In future if i stay there again i will go have breakfast at a local restaurant to get a warm breakfast. Cleaning staff was excellent 6 stars.

I liked everything about this hotel, it’s my go to for everytime I go to Montréal but the only thing I didn’t like was that they came knocking at my door even before the check out time, it felt like they’re kicking me out & didn’t like that. I know i’m supposed to check at 11:00 I will, period.
