1. No Parties or Events
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate eviction and a minimum $500 fine.
2. Registered Guests Only
Only the guests listed in the reservation are permitted on the property. Unregistered guests will incur a $100 fee per person per night.
3. Noise Curfew
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise during these hours will result in a $200 fine and possible eviction.​
4. Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected.​
5. Pet Policy
No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine and immediate eviction.​
6. Maximum Occupancy
The maximum occupancy is 5 guests. Exceeding this limit will incur a $100 fee per additional guest per night.​

We loved our stay! And we loved our first experience with VRBO! The Host was SSSSOOOOO kind! The apartment is well decorated and perfect for the family. We enjoyed the EV charging station too! That made our life easier, travelling for sure! Also, the area is very convenient to get around to Downtown Montreal but also walking distance from all you need. This is very appreciated!! Thank you very much!!!
