This is an open living space. You can use the room partitions provided to divide the space or cover the doors, as you would like. There are three levels in the house, and you have exclusive access to the entire first level, with your private entrance. We can also provide an air mattress if you are a party of more than 4, accommodating a maximum of 6 guests.

You have exclusive access to the Sauna, gym, and office. No one else will be using these amenities during your stay.
During your stay at this apartment building, you'll be close to Monster Mini Golf. A gym is available. A fireplace and a Smart TV are available in the apartment.

We don't charge much cleaning fee. Pls pick your trash and empty trash can by transferring trash bag to bigger trash containers in garage.
If you have used fireplace or Sauna, make sure gas is properly turned off Turn off all lights
Please leave the keys in the lock. Please make sure that you close the garage door using the keypad before leaving. press ‘Enter’ on the keypad to close the garage door.

The check-in was very easy. Directions to location and parking were great. The host stated that they were new to VRBO. The residence itself was quite pleasant; however, daily needed items were not present such as: paper towels, extra toilet paper, 2 complete sets of bath linens, mattress covers, coffee filters, bowls, cooking utensils, need end tables by the bed to charge phones & lay alarm clock, no window coverings, burned out lightbulbs, etc. There was an alarm going off when we arrived (unit did not get fixed), the fireplace did not work (we lit it twice and it went out after a minute or so). So the location itself was wonderful but not yet appropriately equipped for guests.
