Entering from the outside, parking lot was poorly lit, and there were cobwebs everywhere. It was just gross. In the room there were things that had been spelt on the side of the metal side table between the beds and grout around the sink and the tub were filthy. Although their staff were very good, and the complementary breakfast was wonderful. However, I had missed the fact that the swimming pool was out of order and under construction, and if I had known that I would never have booked there.. unfortunately all the good points are defeated by all the bad points. I will not book there again and I wouldn’t be recommending it to anybody else.

Staff were friendly at checkin and restauraunt. Breakfast buffet was good! We booked the hotel based on photos and being their convention centre expected a certain level of upkeep. The union is on strike for 757 days now. Pool is not working and appears it is no where near being completed of repairs. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel could be really nice if there was some maintenance in rooms and public areas. Would not go back if this is the condition.

Staff were all excellent. Nice to have restaurant and bar on site. Breakfast was delicious especially the sausage gravy and biscuit with egg. Also like had a small workout room with Life Fitness elliptical and treadmill and also a pulley system for weights.

We booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub. The day of arrival we received a phone call informing us that individuals were picketing out front. Once inside the pool was closed for maintenance until mid Oct and there was now no hot tub. We left and found a suitable accommodation.

Easy check in. Easy in and out for dog. Walked next door to BP’s for dinner. There were people striking at the entrance to the parking lot but not sure if they were affiliated with the hotel and I didn’t stop to chat with them. I felt bad about crossing a picket line if they are part of a hotel union. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is so nice and helpful. The food in the restaurant is delicious, and they will adapt to make the meal what you like. The room is comfortable when good pillows and a firm mattress. I just wish they were not in the middle of some kind of lockout.

This is a quiet hotel. Not very new but clean and pretty safe. The staff was nice and the breakfast in my case was included and what it wasn't included was pretty affordable. I think I would go back If I visit Moose Jaw again and I would 100% recommend it to my family and friends.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean but needs upgrades. I did not know the pool was closed when I booked the hotel. Their website and Expedia website shows the pool as open. The pool closure is a huge disappointment for me as that’s part of the hotel experience for me. I only book hotels with pools.
