Cette maison est dans un grand quartier qui est situĂ© au centre de nombreuses destinations UP! 71 km des chutes de Tahquamenon / 47 km des Ă©cluses de Soo / 29 km de Saint-Ignace et de l'Ăźle Mackinac. C'est juste sur les sentiers de motoneige et les sentiers de VHR - apportez vos jouets et sortez de la maison !! Un endroit parfait pour une escapade et une dĂ©connexion ou un excellent lieu de rencontre pour les amis et la famille! Il y a un foyer dans la cour. La cuisine a tout le nĂ©cessaire pour cuisiner. Au printemps, nous faisons du sirop d'Ă©rable sur la propriĂ©tĂ© et vous pouvez aussi aider dans le processus et peut-ĂȘtre ramener une cruche avec vous !! L'adresse est Moran mais nous sommes plus prĂšs du lac Trout. Ceci est une nouvelle location et nous dĂ©corons et remodelons actuellement l'intĂ©rieur et nous avons hĂąte que vous veniez visiter! La maison peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  10 personnes avec beaucoup d'espace. Nous avons la tĂ©lĂ©vision directe et Internet. Il y a un systĂšme de jeu Wii installĂ© dans la chambre du sous-sol oĂč se trouvent les lits jumeaux.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was thoughtfully designed with both comfort and adventure in mind.The decor is perfectly fitting for the UP—stylish, warm, and welcoming without feeling overdone. The home is super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, spread out, and truly enjoy the stay. Every detail feels intentional and well cared for.The house is amazingly well equipped—everything you could possibly need is already there. From the kitchen to the living spaces, it’s clear the owners went above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Nothing felt lacking.The beds and bedding deserve special praise—extremely comfortable, high-quality, and perfect for getting a great night’s sleep after a long day of riding or exploring. Comfort here is top-tier.One of the biggest highlights for us was the huge driveway, easily accommodating trucks and trailers with toys—a massive plus for anyone bringing ATVs, snowmobiles, or other gear. And the location couldn’t be better: you’re basically right on the trails, making it incredibly convenient to ride straight from the property.If you’re looking for a clean, spacious, well-appointed rental that’s perfectly suited for both relaxation and outdoor adventure, Sugar Bush is an absolute gem. Awesome Stay!

The house and setting are beautiful. Very relaxing! The house was well equipped with some seasonings, tin foil, baggies, paper towels, toilet paper, firewood and more. We stayed Mid July with pretty decent weather for the U.P. The owner was great with communication when we had an issue connecting to WIFI and the problem was quickly resolved. We would highly recommend this property to anyone viisting the area.

Spring ORV trip

This property was perfect for our group of riders, everyone had a bed and having 2 bathrooms was nice also. This place has it all! Plenty of kitchen stuff to make meals big or small, games, cards, etc. Our 1st day in the UP was cold and rainy so we played cards and watched movies. Still had a great time! Thanks foe the amazing house to use!

we are a group of 4 guys that have been riding sleds in the up for 30 plus years, and we have booked this house 3 times now and is always great to stay here, will do again next year, as trails were great everyday this past feb.

snowmobiler's getaway

This place was ideal for our snowmobile trip. Very roomy for parking 2 four place trailers and plenty of extra room for turning around and parking the sleds. The house was also roomy with a decent size entrance way to get suited up. hot water heater was big enough to keep up with both showers going , and the furnace kept us warm when the temperature dropped to -10f . Kitchen was up to date on appliances and everything worked great. Huge TV was nice and the WIFI worked great. My only complaint that I had with this nice place was that there isn't a downstairs bathroom . Other than that, this place met and exceeded our expectations. I HIGHLY recommend this place to any group of snowmobilers.

Fun in the U.P.

My husband, son and daughter-in-law, 4-year old grandson and 2-year old granddaughter had a wonderful time at Mark and Mary's lovely vacation rental. Their hospitality was gracious and helpful just like Midwesterners are known for, evening offering us vegetables from their garden on the property. The home was spotless, decorating was tasteful and homey with an "out in the country" feel and very well equipped. The big open yard gave our grandchildren space to run and play and the fire pit made for relaxing evenings eating s'mores and connecting with our family. The location was very centralized for the attractions in that area of the U.P. It was within 30 minutes of Mackinac Island ferry, Tahquamenon State Park (which I HIGHLY recommend!), the Deer Ranch in St. Ignace, and many others we didn't have time to explore. We definitely would stay at this home again!

So happy we stayed!

This place was perfect for our stay in the UP! *Enough bedrooms that we all had our own. *Well stocked kitchen and outside grill to prepare our meals. *Firepit and wood for nightly family gathering. *Nice central location. We spent 3 days driving in different directions to do the tourist thing and was conveniently located and not a bad drive each day. *Peaceful surrounded by mature trees (bring mosquito spray!) *Mary was quick to respond to any messages we sent. I am recommending to all our family and friends to stay on their trip to the UP.
