A few minutes from the splendid beaches of Torre Vado-Pescoluse, we find a beautiful modern villa with several independent solutions available to guests.
The villa also has an ornamental garden with attention to the smallest details with a small swimming pool and a shared equipped area.
Inside the villa, there are two comfortable apartments on the ground floor, an attic on the second floor and an independent double bedroom.
The penthouse in question has a large detached and private terrace from which you can enjoy a breathtaking sea view. The open space accommodation of about 40 square meters is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed, a complete bathroom and a sofa bed ideal for children/teenagers. Externally large veranda equipped with sitting area.

The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sqm garden with dry stone walls and succulent plants that make the enchanting outdoor space unique and from which you can admire a splendid view of the Gulf of the Maldives of Salento.
The Villa is located less than 1 km from the first access to the sea and less than 3 km from the most beautiful sandy beaches of Salento.

Garden of the villa, laundry and swimming pool shared with two apartments on the ground floor and a double bedroom called Apt A, Apt B and Blue Room Beach View Villa Torre Vado.
The owners also reside inside the villa on the first floor. Kind and exquisite people who are happy to offer you various extra services such as Restaurant Home and breakfast on request.
Please note that the pool will not be available out of season from 30 October to 9 June.

Any additional optional costs to be paid locally:
- Bath/bed linen on request, cost EUR 16 per person per week to be paid upon arrival.
- Use of the swimming pool has a fixed cost of EUR 6 per person per day to be paid directly at the property if requested. You pay for the entire stay.
- Upon request (extra) possibility of HOME RESTAURANT for dinners, in the garden of the Villa, from which you can enjoy a splendid sea view. For availability and costs contact the host

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.

It is absolutely forbidden to smoke in the structure. It is forbidden to bring pets.

- Paid air conditioning on site

- Parking is free outside in front of the structure. If the customer requests and uses the paid parking inside the structure, he relieves it of any responsibility for any damage caused and / or suffered, even by third parties, due to the use of the parking
