This detached family home was designed in 2003 by the renowned architecture firm WDMRA - Wespi De Meuron Romeo Architetti and has won several awards. Let yourself be enchanted by this architectural masterpiece and enjoy unforgettable moments in one of the most beautiful areas of Switzerland.

The house impresses with an open-plan living and dining room with an integrated kitchen that is fully equipped - including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher and toaster. A huge sliding glass door opens up the view of the picturesque bay and provides direct access to the large balcony. The interior also includes two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and a large one with two single beds and two glass work tables, as well as a bathroom with shower. In addition, the mezzanine floor offers a sauna with shower and another toilet in the entrance area.

The outdoor area with its spacious balcony invites you to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking view. A steep stone staircase leads through the property and adds to the charm of this special place. A private car park directly in front of the house provides additional comfort.
