Loud smoke alarm

The only available rooms that matched what we reserved, were pet friendly floors. This was not advertised as a possibility and there were dogs barking all night. And we turned our heater on in the room and it began to smoke and set off our fire alarm. The furniture in the rooms was tattered and torn as well. The staff was very friendly, but this hotel is a 2-3 star stay. Not a 4 star hotel which is how it was advertised. To be honest, if I would be nice to have a refund if possible. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Geberal stay was good. The check in process with Walt was great. He was patient and attentive to customer in front of me as well as myself and the person after me from what i heard. The gym didnt have any function treadmills or stationary bike but the dumbbells, bench, and cable machine worked well. Overall it was a decent experience.
