I booked tgis stay late in the evening and arrived roughly 9.15 there was nobody there so i rang the bell which i could not hear eventually a woman came to the door and was so agressive, telling me i only need to ring the bell once she was very rude she did not even say enjoy your stay, she also told me i should have rang the property, anyway the accomadation was fine just would never give my money to people so rude so i would not stay here again

Was a nice surprise

On first arriving at the hotel we weren't sure what to expect, just another motel, but have to say we were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel on a whole. Room very comfortable, good shower & nice dressing/bathroom/kitchen area all rolled into one which also included a microwave (first we had encountered on our trip). But what really made my day was the monkey made out of towels hanging in the wardrobe with a kind note from the maid it was so funny and such a lovely gesture. Breakfast was good with a pleasant eating area and very helpful staff. Was rather close to the main road but was very convenient for route 1. We would have liked more choices of food outlets close by but we drove into the town centre and enjoyed a meal there. Everyone we met in Morro Bay was very pleasant & helpful. Fabulous sunset over Morro Rock!

Clean & comfy

Staff were friendly, the place looked as if had just been redecorated. The room was clean and comfortable with a large walk in shower, and a fridge. There is a Mexican restaurant on site or if you don't fancy that the town centre is 10 minutes in the car where there are plenty of places to eat, we used Dorns. It was a good stopping point on our road trip and Hearst Castleis about 30 minutes away.

Excellent hotel and Clean

Hotel was lovely and Location perfect the staff were very helpfull and offer great advise on seeing sunset on Morro Bay which was one of the best sunsets I have seen.
