This is clearly “the place to stay” in Stoos. Location is key and this place delivers in that regard. The rooms and very clean and have modern facilities. Nothing luxurious. Honestly, the rest of the place, for what you pay, is just ‘meh’. It may be one of the best places to stay in Stoos but it isn’t a place that will blow you away. The staff are wonderful. The restaurant complete with robot service (yes, literally robots bringing plates back to the kitchen!) doesn’t give off a luxurious vibe in the least. Maybe fun for the kids. My stay was perfectly adequate. Nothing really wrong with the place but again, for what you pay, it was just okay.

Such an incredible place. Enjoyed the spa at the sister hotel which was a beautiful 10 minute walk away. Literally right next to the funicular and a store where you can buy food essentials, souvenirs and hiking gear. The hotel is brand new and is impeccably clean. The restaurant is very good. Everything in Stoos is within walking distance—including the lifts to the tops of the mountain. If you stay here be prepared to love the tranquility and the sound of cowbells.

Excellent stay, beautiful rooms, kindest staff. They were able to support us with changing to hypoallergenic bedding quickly. Only suggestion that I have is some cleverly disguised fly tapes in the lobby. We had to sit waiting for the weather to clear and the house flies were a bit irritating. Otherwise gorgeous property and amazing stay!

Lovely hotel near Stops Ridge

Super nice hotel, very modern and comfortable. The spa facilities and restaurant were exceptional. Will happily book again and would be keen to do so in winter for skiing.

Probably the best decision we made during our 10-day Swiss trip to stay one night in the hotel on a whim. The lodge is modern, clean, and spacious. The breakfast buffet and the dinner we had in the hotel are excellent and not expensive. The room has the best view in the beautiful, tranquil car-free village of Stoos. It is such an idyllic experience. We will definitely come back for more hikes.

This is THE best lodge to stay at if you are going to hike Stoos Ridge. The facilities are very modern and clean with a decent restaurant in the lobby for convenience. Despite having entered my passport info for all of us, it didn't save it, but the helpful staff took care of it very efficiently and gave us a welcome mocktail. How nice.
