Set in a historic building sympathetically converted into apartments in 2004, Apartment C enjoys a fantastic position right on the River Dranse. Large windows in the living area look out over the water and up to the mountains of Avoriaz, creating a wonderful sense of space and connection to nature — all while being a stone’s throw from Morzine’s buzzing centre.

Spacious Open-Plan Living
On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-plan lounge and dining area with a generous L-shaped sofa — the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. There’s a large dining table for eight, a flat-screen TV with French & UK channels, and reliable WiFi. Double doors lead to a balcony, ideal for sipping a glass of wine while admiring the mountain views.

Well-Equipped Kitchen & Utility Area
The compact yet well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, and all the utensils you’ll need to prepare hearty après-ski meals. The entrance area features handy storage cupboards — one of which houses a washing machine — and there's also a separate WC on this floor.

Great place, perfect location!

Great house in a perfect location! Close to an amazing bakery and great coffee shop plus the grocery store. Convenient for riding to the Pleny or Super Morzine lifts Loved hearing the river each night. Great communication with the host on the Morzine card (recommend it!) and many other details! We would stay here again!

Lovely, spacious apartment

We had a great stay at Residence des Alpes. The apartment is located centrally in Morzine, with shops and great restaurants close by, easy access to the free bus to the Prodains cable car (and not far from the Morzine lifts) and lovely river walks from the front door. It was perfect for our Easter break! Thanks Jo

Perfect for our group!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Morzine - 5-10min walk to Pleney and super Morzine lifts and to all the bars and restaurants. There is also a supermarket and bakery close by and it is right next to the bus station which was convenient for travel to and from the airport. The chalet was clean, cosy and beautifully decorated with lots of space for the 6 of us to relax after a long day skiing. Jo was a great host and came to meet us when we arrived and was always on hand to answer our questions. I would definitely recommend staying here!
