We stayed at this property expecting what was advertised and what we paid for, and unfortunately it did not line up.The listing clearly showed a foosball table and that was one of the reasons we chose this place for family downtime. There was no foosball table when we arrived. That matters when you are traveling with kids and planning activities around what is shown in the listing.One of the king beds was extremely poor quality. It was old, loud, uncomfortable, and honestly borderline unusable for adults expecting a normal king bed experience at this price point.The biggest issue was the hot water. We did not have reliable hot water for the better part of two days of our stay. That is not a small inconvenience. That is a basic habitability issue when you are paying premium short term rental pricing. After all of that, we were offered only a 100 refund, which did not feel proportional to the disruption to our stay.To give credit where it is due, communication was very fast. They responded quickly every time we reached out. Also, when there was a miscommunication about pool heating, they heated the pool at no charge, which we did appreciate.Overall, the responsiveness was good, but the listing accuracy, bed quality, and hot water issue made this stay disappointing, especially considering the cost.
