The room is clean, new, & modern and the property is within 20 minutes drive to most scenic spots and couple of minutes to Mt Gambier centre. The room I was assigned to was at the rear end corner so parking was initially confusing but was later resolved by the helpful front desk clerk. I also appreciate that Western tavern’s only 5 minutes walk away!

A few areas of improvement needed.

Very difficult to get a park near room 25 as there is nowhere to park. It was pouring rain. Hotel is not the same since new owners have taken over. Not the nice friendly service that you used to get with previous owners. Nothing kept in the mini bar now and cleaning not up to scratch.
