we drove 5 1/2 hours to see granddaughter. Got hotel mainly for swimming pool. Granddaughters wanted to swim. Got to hotel and there was a sign pool closed. Really upset. They said they could refund money and we could go somewhere else. We were already tired and just wanted to relax. So didn't get to spend to much time with her. There was no clock or bible in room. Really upset, will not stay there again.

The room was dirty and the sheets had hair all over them. I went to the front desk to get a new pair of sheets, and the pillow cases and top sheet that they gave me also had hairs on them. The bathroom was gross. I would stay here in an emergency weather situation again, but only if it was my only option. I do not recommend unless you absolutely have to.

The room was sparkling clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. It was nice to have brewed coffee available 24 hours and a hot breakfast. Great quality for the price.

The place was run down. My husband cut his finger on the shower rod opening the curtain. The guy had to come help with tv. Junk channels. Breakfast had nothing healthy. No whole grains, no protein.

When we checked into our room, we found it was an absolutely disgusting condition stains all over the furniture, broken pieces of furniture, arms, dirt all over the floors. It was completely disgusting and now Hotels.com is giving me trouble about refunding the money when we did not stay there for more than three minutes.
