The pool was closed, the staff was friendly. Room was clean but the AC unit was so loud no one could sleep. Our entire hallway smelled of marijuana as did all entry ways to the hotel both Friday and Saturday. No seemed to care

Trash on the bathroom floor, the cover for the shower floor was not in place, no tissues, no instructions on how to use the TV, refrigerator was non-functional - in fact it wasn't even plugged in and door was sealed shut, no answer when calling the front desk for 3 MINUTES, the air conditioning was so LOUD that I was unable to sleep. I believe the Hampton Inn owes me a refund! What a dump!!!
