Amazing Views and Great Stay!

We had a fantastic stay. The high-floor room had incredible views of the water, city, and bridge. Truly beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Loved the shower. A/C worked great. Secured parking was a big plus, though $25/day felt a little steep. Street parking is available but hard to find. Staff were super friendly and professional. The on-site grill was convenient but a bit overpriced — $50 for two basic breakfasts without drinks. Perfect location with easy access to the bridge into Philly. Very close to Rutgers-Camden, which was a big bonus for our trip. The hotel was quiet, clean, and dog-friendly. We enjoyed seeing all the cute pups. Only downside was the carpet in the room, not terrible, but had that typical “hotel smell”. Would prefer updated flooring. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely stay again!

Friendly staff, clean spacious room, paid parking on property for $25/per night with easy in & out access with the swipe of your room access card, on-site restaurant, conveniently location on waterfront near Rutgers University and Ben Franklin Bridge, not too far away from Ferry Link Terminal to get Philly right across the river for only $12 round trip. An aquarium is also close by if you have kids. My only complaint is the loud motor bikes and cars that pass by the hotel at night if your room window is facing the road. I know the hotel can't do much about that though. Maybe better sound proofing for rooms facing streets.

This is our 3rd year booking at this hotel for the XPN festival and the staff are always friendly, professional, courteous and helpful. The restaurant has great food and the location makes it ideal for a quick trip into Philly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning smelled like sweat/urine when it blew air. Perhaps the filter needed to be cleaned. Our room didn't have a remote control for the television and when we called the front desk, they said we could come down and get it. As a guest, they should've brought it to our room, e.g. like blankets, towels, etc. We were woken up at 12:30am to the sound of dirt biking up and down the street that parallels the water. We paid extra to have a room with a water view. We called the front desk and they gave us an apology and the option of changing our room (in the middle of the night, after being settled in). They also said they'd call the police. The hotel is in a great location but the public has access to the water and people hung out all night "partying" in their cars or along the sea wall. They also could see me in my rom when the curtains were open. The point of having the water view is to have the curtains open to see the water!!!! If one wants a room with the water view, I'd suggest they should stay on a higher floor (not the second level). Maybe the higher level will cut down on the noise and lack of privacy.
