Wonderful experience

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Mt. Laurel. The room was spacious, and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great! We would certainly stay again!

Cleanliness Disappointment

I found dried up blood on one towel and a stain on another towel. There was a very visible stain on the couch. Thankfully I had wipes to clean it. Then, my shower was not clean. The floor of the shower and walls were dirty. I brought supplies with me as back up. However, I would prefer to not pay all that money just to still have to clean my hotel money. The pros were the breakfast, very friendly staff and comfortable beds. I slept great!

Hyatt Place was great. The highlights were the free self parking and the free breakfast that was included. We didn't find the bed to be one of the most comfortable that we even slept on but it was ok. Overall we would definitely be back if we find ourself in tgis area again.
