Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my stay at your hotel this time. Although I have stayed at this hotel many times before, I have encountered several issues over the past few weeks. There was a heating problem in the room, and despite breakfast officially ending at 10:00 AM, when I went down at 9:30 AM on the weekend, there was nothing left. When I asked the staff, I was told that it was finished and there was nothing available, even though breakfast is supposed to be served until 10:00 AM. As a result, I regret to say that I will not be leaving your hotel satisfied this time.
