Insanely terrible experience. Asked for pillows, was never given them, had to grab from walmart. Room was not cleaned. Sheets had cigarette holes, dead bugs everywher. From desk never provided a resolution

I have stayed at Red Roof Inns over 30 years. This place can only be described as a dump. I cant believe the chain allows this location to stay in business.

I would not refer this company’s my worst enemy! There were stray cats in the hallways. The hallway smelled like urine! There were people living at this property that kicked my room door and when I opened my door there were old shoes just laying in the front.

I will never stay here again, I got in late at night and really didn’t want to have to find someplace else that late. I originally booked the room for two nights. I canceled the second night the next morning.The room was dirty. There were stains on the walls. Everything was pretty crappy, the toilet paper bracket in the bathroom was broken the light switch in the bathroom was broken and hanging off the wall. It doesn’t seem like no one really cares here. Don’t get fooled by the pictures online the room looks like nothing like that.

The first room i was given looked like it was a crime scene.. just dirty ,smelly.. and no towels,washcloths.. blankeks had burn marks and holes in it so they gave me another room not as bad but bad.. no trash can .. no washcloths and 1 towel.. dirty microwave and broken refrigerator.. stepping into that motel was like walking into a 3rd world country.. not to mention my truck was egged and orange thrown at it... luckily it was my company work truck and not my personal but it still doesn't take away from the fact that it was ignorant from a bunch of savages.. but what do you expect from a savage

It’s a place where people live (crackheads) and the place reaks of weed! The police have been here twice and the ambulance once. We Checked in and left till bedtime we came back just to sleep and leave. So we have been here literally 10 mins and both times cops and and ambulance! Not a place you want to stay!
