Hotel needs some attention. Headboard light had a short in it. Tried to check I on 1st floor at 4 pm and it wasn’t ready. Train and freeway was noisy. Otherwise it was OK. ROOM was very roomy. Bathroom was small.

I liked the location - convient to stores and food, also clean facilities. Our room unfortuanetly looked like someone had rececently splilled Koolaid or wine on the carpet. The bathroom trim needs a refresh with the stain. Otherwise, it is fine, the room was clean.

This place was a very disappointment. Very dirty and outdated. Hot hasn’t worked in months. Only reason we wanted it. I’d of paid extra $30 to stay at casino hotel. This place doesn’t look nothing like the Orbitz advertisement. Orbitz personal need to visit. We’ve used Orbitz for years and never had such a bad experience like this. Wish I could get a refund. Luckily we had extra blankets and miso in our truck .

Cold water in sink did not work, so only had extremely hot water. The room was dirty and gross. Mattress was absolutely disgusting, there was hair and dirt and who knows what else on the floor and walls and the doors were dirty. Loud and noisy until early in the morning. Very limited and tight parking. Definitely would not stay again.

If you want a nice and peaceful sleep do not stay in this hotel. Very noisy all night long. I booked a room with king size bed and gave us queen. Not cool! Receptionist are nice but the property is not worth recommending.

We wound up not staying at Quality Inn after seeing the condition of our reserved accommodations. The staff was absolutely excellent at check-in and was again excellent when we let them know we needed to find other accommodations. They were again friendly and helpful when I followed up by phone to be sure our refund had gone through. The reasons we didn't stay were we didn't realize there were outside entrances to all rooms. There were open stairs and elevator (no key needed) to upper level. We had chosen a 2nd level so we could have additional security. The room did not appear clean. The floor had debris and there were items left behind by a previous occupant. Beds were wrinkled, leaving us wondering if they had been changed, and there were stains on one of the comforters. The last straw was realizing there was not a lock on the window. It opened up several inches before hitting a stop. I think I could have wiggled through the opening if I wanted to. I just didn't feel safe with my daughter and older mother with me. We were also disappointed the pool had closed at 9 p.m. and didn't open again until 9 a.m. The conditions of the bathroom were not nice. There were big defects to the tub for example, and though it had been "repaired," it just didn't leave a good impression. Again, the staff were wonderful, helpful, and courteous. Parking was tight but not terrible. There was a fair amount of traffic noise, but it was nice there were many dining options and other shopping nearby.

Mediocre inn

The hotel gave us a room that did not lock. The lobby staff could care less but did let us switch rooms. The rooms were dirty. We went to the pool and it was falling apart. Big chunks of plaster were coming off the ceiling. I would say it was about 2 feet wide and hanging over the pool. We didn’t feel very safe there.
