I don’t think the room was cleaned since we found an eyelash strip on the floor and a fruit snack. We would have called the front desk but we were too exhausted to move rooms and we had to be up early the next day. From the outside, hotel looked nice but rooms weren’t clean.

My family and I enjoyed a restful stay during a stressful medical event, so we are grateful for the Hampton Inn Mountain View lodging. The lone caveat was the city street planning, which required some extra driving for a downtown less than a 1/4 mile away. This is in no way Hampton Inn's fault, just the traffic routing was odd. Otherwise, the property was clean, quiet & accessible.
